Hi all! Long time no see! Summer is winding down, so naturally I'm racing to finish more than necessary. With both Armies on Parade and Shorehammer coming up, I wanted to create a display board. Earlier this year, I completed a display board in a three day period for my friend. I did not hit that goal this time.
I figured this is a good place for my to keep my thoughts about all my tabletop adventures. I will will keep thoughts about lists, pics of completed models and WIP, and maybe even some slimmed down battle reports.

Summer Painting Progress Continues! Alpha Legion & Renegades
I'm continuing to work on my summer painting challenge. Today I finished a big chunk of the alpha legion remnants and the plague ogryns / remaining aberrants. I keep having this problem of adding models to the painting que that aren't on the actual to be painted list (like the aberrants), meaning that while my painted numbers go up, my unpainted numbers only decrease slowly.

Objective Markers for Vostroyan Army
So I've painted some more! I've always wanted my armies to have a specific set of objective markers, and the Vostroyan Casualties provide a great opportunity to actually get started on them.

Goodbye to Deathwatch
Hi all!
With the decision to allow my 1500 point Deathwatch Army to move on to greener pastures, I've decided to post the photos of the entire army before letting it travel on it's merry way (To Wisconsin, so the bases match at least :-) So here's my photos of the army for you to enjoy!

More Cultists and August Technical Challenge Update
Hi all,
Went on vacation this last week, and got quite a chunk done for the Renegade Army - about twenty five more cultists! This, plus the final four primaris Black Templars are done as well. So that's one entire army finished! I also made some more progress on a recently rediscovered Priest, and finished an objective marker for the Renegade army as well. Anyways, here, enjoy some pictures.
The currently finished army.

Showcase - FW Malcador Annihilator and Renegade Cultists
Hi Everyone,
I've been doing tons of painting and building work recently (since it's summer, hence free time!) so here's the result. Another chunk of cultists for the Wisdom Hunters Army, and the assembled FW Malcador Annihilator.

Finished Black Templar Detachment - Showcase
Howdy! Seems to be a trend here where I and Grendal both disappear for long periods of time only to reappear. As usual, insert standard excuses of real life, other hobbies, and day jobs getting in the way. Here's what I've been working on, and just recently finished up.

April Hobby Update: Thousand Sons Rhino & Goliath Rockcrusher
Hi all!
Been a busy bee this last week, and here's what I've got to show for it. I finished my birthday gifts to myself and from the gf, my Rockcrusher (Counts-As-Predator) and my Rhino. (She's generally pacifist, so when I told her she got me the most pacifist vehicle available in warhammer outside of the Arvus lighter, she was quite pleased with her luck.)

WIP: Slapping paint on the flash Gitz
I am finally to the stage of painting up my flash gitz. I went with a blue clothes with bronze metal. I think this will make them stand out on the field. This sounds just like how they like it.

Tau-riffic
This weekend I continued working on my Tau Forge world commander. He is coming along nicely. I have added in the wash to bring out the lines and hide some of my painting mistakes. I also based coated my base so I can start the basing process.
