Showcase: GW Birthday Primaris Captain

Last month I attended my local GW store's birthday celebration. They had a deal where if you spent $180 you would get the exclusive Primaris captain figure for free.  Let's say it wasn't hard for me to earn the free fig.

Showcase: Primaris hellblasters

On the last day of Feb I was applying the sealing layer to the base of my Feb. pledge. I know this post is a day late but I did complete them in Feb.

Showcase: Primaris Repulsor

 While not working on my #Squaduary pledge I have been slowly working on my “Tales of X Gamers” Pledge. While my squad of hellblasters is still in progress, I have completed the work on the Primaris Repulsor.

If you remember this months "Tale of X Gamers" pledge was a squad of Hellbasters with their Repulsor tank for transport. I have started work on my Hellblasters but I have progressed further on the Repulsor.

With the January pledge finished, I thought I would get started building my Repulsor tank. For the sake of the league, it is a dedicated transport for my Feburary pledge, a squad of Hellblasters.

Showcase: Primaris Aggresor

Most of this week has been to cold to prime models so I work stalled on my aggressors. I even tried a paint on primer with very poor results. Finally the weather warmed just enough to prime before dropping back into freezing temperatures.  I quickly primed the Aggressors and I was back in business.

Merry Christmas all. Last week, inbetween cooking, wrapping, and partying, I finished up painting a squad of Inceptors.  This catches me up to the rest of the warlords for the Tales of X warlords. After a slow start I have finally caught up.

Reivers Finished!

Over the Weekend I had time to finish up my Primaris Reiver squad. I found once the main color was finished the rest fell into place rather quickly.

With my starter set finished, I moved onto the second month of activity the Elite.  When I first looked at this slot I thought my only choice were Primaris Reivers. I picked up a couple of the easy to build boxes and off I went.

Over the weekend I had some time to finish up my Inceptors. I love the look of these heavy bolter wielding jump troops.  They went pretty quickly.

So, the last month of the campaign is the centerpiece for the army.  I am thinking I might want a Forgeworld piece and use a couple months of my budget for it.  I just have to decide what Forgeworld piece I want.

This week I took a hour here, an hour there and finished up my first squad of Primaris Intercessors.  I am happy on how they turned out.
