So, Another month has gone by and to keep up with my resolution to post once a month, I am here with an update on projects I have finished for February. This month was dominated by my Mechanicum army for 30k. I am going to push myself to get out and play a game in March with this army. Hopefully I will be able to find the time and opponent and actually roll some dice.
Ursarax – printed
This first batch was a couple of Ursarax that I printed before I got the official models. I think these models are cool and look like a good melee unit. I am eager on how each unit performs on the battlefield so I can really dig into this army.
Domitar
The Domitar is a stand alone robot with some melee and range options. I really like the Iron Warriors variant but this version is pretty cool too. I went with the version with the missiles behind the head for a little more support.
Thanatar – printed
Last month I finished the official Thanatar. It had the huge mortar for a weapon. I wanted the version with a huge laser instead but GW hadn’t released that yet. If I stick with this army I will probably pick up that model eventually since I like being official but if it is not great or 30k dries up around here I will just stick with my printed one.
Thallax
I painted up another set of Thallax. I still have nine more to print since these guys are the troops I plan on using. They seem pretty fast and can put out a load of gunfire. We shall see.
Ursarax
Finally this month I have the official old Forgeworld versions on the Ursarax. Soo they are going to be in plastic so I wont need to print more if I decided to add more to my army.
Well that is all. I did a lot of building toward the end of the month so nothing to show for that. Hopefully with the warmer weather I can prime the models I am building and paint up all the models I built over the winter. I am doing my part to slay the gray I hope you are as well.
