I played a tyranid list this week.  Going into the game I was worried about the match up.  I was setup expecting a 3+ army so when I had all those defensive walls and saw his hordes I was not feeling good.you can find my list here: Ork List

Crossfire Defense and list

This week the league continues the Planetstrike missions.  Again we will use the first scenario.  I have decided to go with a crossfire defense layout. here is my proposed map.

Today I am going to describe how I made the defensive walls that I use in my planetstrike game.  they are pretty easy and look decent enough.

materials: Project bricks, foam board, paint, glue, paper mache.

Monday WIP update

Last week I did some work on my Ork Fort that I you can find Pic of here But to go with this fort I had to make some quad cannons and some defensive walls for the planetstrike defenses.

PlanetStrike Marines Vs Orks

Last night was the first night that we played a planetstrike scenario. Since I have a rather large ork army I was chosen as a defender.   My last couple of entries have been my setup and the army I was going to play.  Last night I got to play.  My setup was pretty close to what I planned except where I wanted ruins I had more forest and one of my battlewagons started in reserve.
