Rise of the Tau...

February is almost over.  I only got one game in with my orks but with the move and having to travel for work it is understandable.  I could maybe swing a game in but I doubt it.  Moving on to March I am bringing out my tau.  Now this is the least painted army I own but it is also the newest.  I bought it secondhand way before the new codex came out and I have added some of my own models. 

WIP Ork big gunz

I have heard that the big guns are where it is at these days with orks. If this is true I guess I should finish up the project I started a while back.

WIP: Twin linked devourers, Heavy Weapons Team and basing.

This weekend I had a little down time and thought I would get a little hobby stuff out of the way.  First, I wanted to add some texture to my new Tyranid monstrous creature bases. Next, I finally decided to make some twin linked (TL) Devourers for my Tyrant. Lastly, I painted up another heavy Weapons Team for my Guard.

Today, weather permitting I am going to head down to my local game shop and try to get in a game.It is a new month so I am playing a new army.  This month is Ork Month. Waaaaagh!

WIP: Harpy/Crone

Over the weekend I got some work done on my harpy / crone model.  When I got this I wanted to be able to use either unit just like the exocrine / haruspex.  I built up as much as I could without committing to much to one build or another as you can see in this post.
