WIP: Slapping paint on the flash Gitz

I am finally to the stage of painting up  my flash gitz.  I went with a blue clothes with bronze metal.  I think this will make them stand out on the field.  This sounds just like how they like it.

First up Is one of my conversions.

After painting up a custom Job I wanted to see how he looks next to a actual model.

So the GW model has bigger shoulder pads and 2 banners I think mine does not look to out of place.  I think once they are all painted up they will look like a cohesive unint and ready to DAKKA DAKKA anything that comes their way.
