Sister of battle: tank alternatives

The Raging Heroes Toughest Girls of the Galaxy 2 kickstarter is bringing out the pledge manager today.  This got me to start thinking about what other things I will need for them beside the models:  Support tanks and transports.

Looking at the latest newsletter from Forgeworld, it looks like they are getting ready to bring out some add ons for the Skitarii.

Raging heroes updated their campaign with another alternate model for the sisters of battle.  This time it is for Celestine herself.

In attempt to find another metallic blue I am giving Vallejo's Artic Blue a shot.

Looking at my Necrons I felt they needed an update.  I also know I wanted to use more lychguard. Right now I only have 2 painted. So, This is a good opportunity to see what the new gem paint looks like.

War ramblings: Mawloc and Mucolid Spores

This weekend my Meetup group had a Gameday.  It turned out to be a small gathering but I had a great time anyway.  I had been fighting a cold and was sure I would make it but I was feeling better and they said get over here.  So I packed up my bugs, forgetting my tyrannocyte and mawloc, and join in the fun.

Rumor: Start Collecting: Scions

Lady Atlia at War of Sigmar have posted up pictures for the up coming Start Collecting boxes.  They are Chaos Space Marines (CSM) and Scions.  oooooo

Shorehammer list: Necrons

While I like the prospects of taking my Skitarii to Shorehammer, I want to look at my other options.  Today, I have made a Necron list that I think will work.

Showcase: Mieotic Spore

 Here is my second Mieotic spore.  I plan on using them as mucolid spores.  They are about the right size and will do the job nicely.

 I know I haven't posted in a while but I was out of town and before that I was getting ready to head out.  I did complete my second Malanthrope since then and so here he is.
